YUZHNO-SAKHALINSK, September 5. /TASS/. Russia’s Far Eastern Sakhalin Region signed 17 agreements worth overall about 30 billion rubles ($460 million) at the Second Eastern Economic Forum (EEF), the regional government press service reported.
"Agreements in such spheres as agriculture, tourism, transport, balneology and sports, the fuel and energy sector, trade and fisheries were signed. These are the first results of the island delegation’s participation in the large-scale international economic event," the statement said.
