As of 9:50 a.m. Moscow time (6:50 a.m. GMT) the euro was down by 0.2% at 96.97 rubles.

As of 10:10 a.m. Moscow time (7:10 a.m. GMT) the euro was down by 0.37% at 96.8 rubles. Meanwhile, the dollar was down by 0.45% at 88.2 rubles, while the yuan was down by 0.5% at 12.261 rubles.
