MOSCOW, March 6. /TASS/. The tourist flow in Russia may rise by up to 10% in 2023 compared with the previous year, while the outbound tourist flow may increase by 25-30%, President of the Russian Union of Travel Industry Ilya Umansky told reporters on Monday.
"I think that from the viewpoint of domestic tourist flow the growth potential may be expected at up to 10%, while from the viewpoint of outbound flow the potential is higher - at 25-30%," he said.
Turkey, Thailand, the UAE, Egypt and CIS countries are the most demanded foreign destinations among Russian tourists in summer, Umansky added.
