It is reported that primarily an abundance of interesting work has motivated many of IT workers to stay and work inside the country

YAKUTSK, November 25. /TASS/. The outflow of IT workers from Russia wasn’t too high and didn’t inflict serious pain to the IT industry, Digital Development Minister Maksut Shadayev said.

"I think the scale of the outflow (of IT workers from Russia - TASS) wasn’t so huge. It hasn’t hurt the industry irreparably. And in general, the mechanisms that exist <...> primarily an abundance of interesting work, many exciting projects, as I have said, has motivated many of them to stay and work inside the country," he said at the Digital Diamond conference.
