Inflation in Russia down to 12.4%, says PM Mishustin

It is noted that unemployment remains low

MOSCOW, November 23. /TASS/. Inflation in Russia decreased to 12.4% by the middle of November in annual terms, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said at a meeting on economic issues on Wednesday, adding that inflation was higher in many European countries.

"Inflation is slowing down, which is the result of the consistent actions and decisions by the President, the Bank of Russia and the Government. As of November 14, it was down to 12.4% in annual terms. In a number of countries, including many European states, it is higher than in Russia," he said.

Moreover, unemployment remains low, PM noted, adding that in September unemployment was less than 4%.
