MOSCOW, November 17. /TASS/. China "strongly condemns the inhuman actions of terrorists" in connection with the Russian A321 plane crash in Egypt on October 31, Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission of China Xu Qiliang said on Tuesday at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin.
"We know that on October 31 a Russian airliner crashed in Egypt because of a terror act, so here, using this opportunity, I would like to express my sincere condolences to the relatives of the victims on behalf of the People's Liberation Army of China," Xu Qiliang said.
The Chinese Central Military Commission vice chairman conveyed to Putin best wishes from China’s President Xi Jinping.
