The countries of the League of Arab States (LAS) and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) will ask the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) to investigate Israel's ‘war crimes’ in the Gaza Strip, according to the final statement following the joint summit of the two organizations.

"[The sides agreed] to request the prosecutor general of the International Criminal Court to investigate the war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by Israel against the Palestinian people in all the occupied territories, including East Jerusalem," the document said.
