OIC summit decisions could be big step to end Israel's aggression, Erdogan says

"Decisions can be made in unity and we will talk about this in Riyadh," the Turkish leader noted

ISTANBUL, November 10. /TASS/. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that the decisions of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) summit to be held in Saudi Arabia on November 12 could be a big step to stop Israel's aggression in Gaza.

"I think the decisions that will be taken at the summit will be very important for the continuation of the crisis settlement process. The decisions that will be taken at the meeting, where the countries of the region and the Islamic world will be represented, will be a big step towards ending Israel's aggression. We are residents of this region, we cannot pursue impulsive and populist policies like those who come from outside. Decisions can be made in unity and we will talk about this in Riyadh. Our priority and main goal is peace," the Anadolu news agency quoted Erdogan as saying.
