TEHRAN, September 15. /TASS/. The Taliban movement (outlawed in Russia) is looking into establishing a regular Afghan army in the nearest future, Chief of Staff Kari Fasihuddin said Wednesday, according to TOLOnews.

He underscored that the Taliban "will not allow a civil war in Afghanistan" and intend to "thwart the actions of the rebels."

On September 7, the Taliban announced the new government of Afghanistan. However, Akhmad Massoud, the leader of the Afghan resistance, stated that the fight against the Taliban continues and called for a nation-wide uprising.
