MOSCOW, August 21. /TASS/. The Telegram messenger is experiencing difficulties at its data center in Europe, an official at the Russian telecom watchdog told TASS.

"According to available information, the messaging service is facing issues with the operation of its data center in Europe," the official said.

Earlier, Telegram users reported problems with accessing the messenger. Most of them said that the app was down and could not connect to the Internet.
