CAIRO, March 22. /TASS/. A helicopter of the Qatari armed forces crushed off the coast of the country due to a technical failure, the Ministry of Defense of Qatar said.

"A military helicopter suffered a crash and fell in regional waters of Qatar during a routine mission. A technical fault became the cause of the failure," the ministry said in its press release

"Searches of the helicopter crewmembers and passengers are underway," the ministry added.
