BERLIN, August 18. /TASS/. The Kremlin is not accepting the criticism of Russian President Vladimir Putin that was voiced in connection with his trip to the wedding of Austria’s Foreign Minister Karin Kneissl, Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

"We do not accept it [this criticism]," he said in response to a question of how the Kremlin takes criticism that was expressed by some politicians, including Ukrainian ones.

When asked why Putin decided to attend the wedding, the Kremlin spokesman said that Putin had received an invitation from Kneissl during his recent to Austria.

"Putin took advantage of this invitation with gratitude," the spokesman said.

Responding to a question from reporters of how the ceremony was held, Peskov said that at the wedding the Russian leader danced with the bride and guests.

"Some of the guests did [danced with the President]," the spokesman said.

"He also danced with the bride," he added.
