ASTANA, November 28. /TASS/. The Ukrainian military has borrowed the Russian army’s technique of using fiber optics drones, President Vladimir Putin said, while answering journalists' questions.

"They have followed our example of using fiber optic drones, controlled from the ground. We were the first to use them. Now they have followed suit. Such drones are proof from all types of radio electronic jamming. Therefore, new chips will appear, it is possible. I am sure that there will be a quick response from our side. The exchange of information is very quick and mutual, unfortunately. Such information begins to be used instantly. Whoever reacts the fastest wins," Putin said.

"Our servicemen, our guys have learned to react almost lightning fast," he said. "Right on the spot."
