MOSCOW, October 27. /TASS/. Russia does not see the results of the Russia-UN memorandum on food and fertilizer exports from the country, official spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said at a briefing on Thursday.

"As far as the memorandum is concerned, we do not see the results. That’s a fact," the diplomat said.

"In the context of the second part of the deal, the case in point is Russian food and fertilizers we will be pleased to supply to countries requiring them, to those benefiting from them, to those in need. Accounts with relevant banks are simply blocked and transactions cannot be performed, because payment is impossible and accounts are blocked due to Western sanctions. We would supply products, money would be transferred to us but this does not take place," Zakharova added.
