Liberating Artyomovsk to help take northern DPR under control, says Donetsk leader

Earlier, LPR People’s Militia officer Andrey Marochko said that allied forces had been steadily advancing, pushing the adversary to north-western Artyomovsk

MOSCOW, October 27. /TASS/. The liberation of Artyomovsk (called Bakhmut by the Kiev regime) will help take control over Kramatorsk which will facilitate the advancement in the north of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), acting DPR Head Denis Pushilin told the Soloviev Live TV channel on Thursday.

"They have a rather serious Slavyansk-Artyomovsk-Kramatorsk fortification line. If Artyomovsk is liberated, this will be a very serious blow to the adversary. The pathways used to deliver munitions and reinforcements will be disrupted. These links will be severed and this will create a rather convenient situation for the liberation of populated localities, and in particular, Kramatorsk. On the Kramatorsk front, we can attain success and move on to directly clearing the north of the republic," he elaborated.

Earlier, LPR People’s Militia officer Andrey Marochko told TASS that allied forces had been steadily advancing, pushing the adversary to north-western Artyomovsk. On October 4, Pushilin said that the units of Ukraine’s armed forces had retreated in some parts of Artyomovsk while Russian troops secured their positions in that area. He specified that Ukrainian troops had been pulling their reserves from the Artyomovsk front when attacking Krasny Liman.
