WASHINGTON, October 17. /TASS/. US President Donald Trump has refused to apply 100% duties against the main buyers of Russian energy stipulated by the law on tightening sanctions against Moscow.
"Pursuant to section 115(a) of the Graham Act, I hereby waive the application of any duties provided for in sections 112 and 113 of the Graham Act or this order," an order published on the White House website says.
Article 113 of the law imposes duties of up to 100% on the five largest importers of Russian oil and gas.
