MINSK, December 6. /TASS/. Minsk expects that Belarus and Russia will launch the common gas, oil and petroleum products market as soon as possible, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said.

"We expect the common gas, oil and oil products markets will be launched as soon as possible. We have the work in this direction underway," he said at the meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State of Russia and Belarus.

One more important step, signing of the agreement on common electricity market forming, is planned to be made on Friday, Lukashenko added.
