Severstal to publish financial results for Q1 2024 on April 22

Head of Severstal’s investor relations department Nikita Klimantov said in early March that the company could return to publication of quarterly financial results

MOSCOW, April 2. /TASS/. Severstal will publish its financial results under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and operating results for Q1 2024 on April 22. The company will therefore return to disclosing its quarterly financial results, according to a statement released on its official Telegram channel.

Moreover, the company will disclose the decisions made by its board of directors.

In 2022, Severstal decided to suspend publication of financial results for 2022 and all quarters of the year temporarily due to the fact that publishing financial results at the level of detail stipulated by international standards might carry risks for the company. Later, Severstal disclosed interim financial results under IFRS for half a year and for FY 2023.

Head of Severstal’s investor relations department Nikita Klimantov said in early March that the company could return to publication of quarterly financial results as early as the first quarter of this year.
