Russia to continue developing modern transport infrastructure, Putin says

It is noted that infrastructure of eighteen airports should be renovated by the end of this year and of sixteen more in the next year

MOSCOW, February 9. /TASS/. The modern transport infrastructure is fully in line with the national development goals and Russia will continue developing it, President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday.

"I would like to stress that we will continue developing aerodrome, transport and navigation infrastructure of the country, build modern airports and renovate existing ones. These are certainly large-scale state plans, in full conformity to our national development goals," the head of state said.

Infrastructure of eighteen airports should be renovated by the end of this year and of sixteen more in the next year," the President added.
