MOSCOW, November 30. /TASS/. The Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) lowered crude oil shipments by 4% from the start of 2022 until November 15, the pipeline operator said on Wednesday.

"On November 29-30, 2022, the meeting of the Board of Directors of CPC-R and the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of CPC-K took place in Dubai (the UAE). CPC Chief Executive Officer Nikolay Gorban presented a report on the status of business operations of the consortium, including HSE matters. It was indicated in the report that oil shipments at the CPC marine terminal as of November 15 reached 49.8 mln metric tons (51.8 mln metric tons in the like period in 2021). Since the start of 2022 until mid-November, 448 tankers were handled in Yuzhnaya Ozereevka," CPC said. Single point moorings (SPMs) No. 1 and 2 are operable at present and were put into service, the CEO informed.
