Israeli army says it simultaneously struck over 200 targets in Iran and Lebanon

In Lebanon, the strikes targeted military facilities of the Shiite organization Hezbollah

TEL AVIV, April 4. /TASS/. The Israeli Air Force carried out two simultaneous waves of strikes on Iran and Lebanon, hitting more than 200 targets, the Israeli army press service said.

According to the statement, in Iran the strikes targeted military facilities of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC, elite units of Iran’s armed forces), weapons depots, missile development and production facilities, as well as air defense systems. In total, "dozens of targets" were struck on Iranian territory, the statement said.

In Lebanon, the strikes targeted military facilities of the Shiite organization Hezbollah. In particular, the Israeli Air Force struck missile launchers, weapons depots and command centers of the Radwan special forces. In total, more than 140 targets were hit in Lebanon during this wave of strikes, the army said.
