Russia’s budget revenues reach $133.78 bln in Q1

The growth of oil and gas revenues over this period reached 2.8% of GDP

MOSCOW, June 22. /TASS/. Revenues of the federal budget of the Russian Federation in Q1 of 2022 amounted to 7.2 trillion rubles ($133.78 bln), Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said on Wednesday.

"Budget revenues in the first quarter of this year amounted to 7.2 trillion rubles," Siluanov was quoted by the Finance Ministry.

The growth of oil and gas revenues over this period reached 2.8% of GDP and was associated with an increase in oil and gas prices, changes in the terms of the OPEC+ agreement, as well as a number of adjustments to tax and customs legislation, including as part of the continuation of the tax maneuver.
