MOSCOW, January 18. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered to prepare amendments to fiscal laws providing for use of a ‘cushioning’ mechanism for synthetic rubber sales, according to the list of assignments posted on the Kremlin’s website on Monday.
Taxation will depend on the exchange price of natural rubber on international markets, assuming the need of providing neutrality for the federal budget and synthetic rubber producers in the long run, the document says.
The Russian Finance Ministry is discussing support of the Russian rubber producers in the negative excise format, Deputy Minister Alexei Sazanov told TASS earlier.
The President has also ordered to develop measures for support of small and medium chemical producers by May 31 of this year, making it possible to increase the output of such products by 30% by 2025 and by 70% by 2030 against the year of 2020. Putin also ordered to approve the list of priory small and medium-scale chemical production projects.
