MOSCOW, November 8. /TASS/. Russian forces struck two vessels carrying weapons and dual-use cargoes for the Ukrainian army in the port of Chernomorsk and in the Black Sea southwest of Odessa, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

"This afternoon, Russian forces struck and hit: in the port of Chernomorsk - a container ship carrying properties and dual-use cargoes to Ukraine; in the Black Sea southwest of Odessa - a dry cargo vessel with weapons and military cargoes for the Ukrainian army," it said.
