Ukrainian nationalists shell humanitarian aid dispensing site in Kharkov - statement

According to Mizintsev, Russia continues registering numerous facts of violence against civilians that remain held by the nationalists as human shields

MOSCOW, March 18. /TASS/. Ukrainian nationalists shelled a humanitarian aid dispensing site in Kharkov, and, together with foreign mercenaries, opened fire on civilians in Severodonetsk, Russian National Defense Control Center head Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev said Friday.

According to Mizintsev, Russia continues registering numerous facts of violence against civilians that remain held by the nationalists as human shields.

"Ukrainian nationalists shelled a humanitarian aid dispensing site in Kharkov. In addition, national forces and foreign mercenaries that hold defense together with territorial defense reservists, forces civilians to gather around captured residential buildings, while citizens who refused to leave shelter and come out to the streets were simply shot," Mizintsev said.
