In fact, Washington is creating a mass network of managing the number of people residing in various countries, Irina Yarovaya stressed

MOSCOW, June 6. /TASS/. The US is practically creating a network of managing population numbers in various countries and making other states dependent on it by using military biological laboratories worldwide, Russian State Duma Deputy Speaker Irina Yarovaya who co-chairs a parliamentary commission on the investigation into the operations of biological laboratories in Ukraine said on Monday.

"Those military laboratories that the US is creating nowadays worldwide are a new system of the entire world’s dependence on the US, only in a more dangerous aspect - in the capability of preserving, saving lives. In fact, the US is creating a mass network of managing the number of people residing in various countries," the deputy speaker said following the commission’s meeting.

She stressed that Russia’s efforts nowadays are directed at "literally forcing the US to interact with other countries" within the framework of the Biological Weapons Convention as well as to make all procedures transparent. "This is the task that is designated to resolve the most important issue - to free all peoples and countries from the real threat that is being created in the US military biological laboratories," she added.

The Duma deputy speaker also reiterated that US Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland is not responding to an invitation to participate in a meeting of the parliamentary commission on the investigation into the operations of US biological laboratories in Ukraine. She emphasized that the commission views this silence as a "confirmation of the United States state structures’ improper activity in a military biological project on Ukrainian soil.".
