LPR says about ten countries ready to establish relations with republic

MOSCOW, April 25. /TASS/. Some ten countries are interested in developing relations with the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) in various formats, including the establishment of diplomatic relations, LPR’s Foreign Minister Vladislav Deinego told TASS on Monday.

"Work on this track is proceeding quite successfully and dialogue is underway in various formats and on various platforms. Several options for mutual relations are being explored, from the establishment of diplomatic relations and economic cooperation to the recognition and the establishment of full-fledged diplomatic relations. There are about ten such countries, I won’t name them for now," the diplomat specified.

Deinego reiterated that South Ossetia and Abkhazia were the first to recognize the LPR. "We established friendly relations with these republics long ago," he said.
