MOSCOW, November 17. /TASS/. Almost two thirds of specialists working in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) in Russia said they were fully satisfied with their working conditions, a survey of 5,000 people showed, Director of the National Center for Artificial Intelligence Development (NCADI) under the Russian government Sergey Nakvasin told TASS in an interview.
He noted that the people surveyed included not only developers but also researchers, experts, educators and mentors in the AI field who are contributing to the development of these technologies in the country.
"We analyzed how much they like working in Russia. Despite all the complexity of the sanctions pressure in which the country finds itself, almost two-thirds of the surveyed specialists said that they were very satisfied with the working conditions in the country. That is, these are the people who will not leave," Nakvasin said, pointing out that the positive response of specialists is, among other things, the result of the work of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media in terms of creating comfortable conditions for IT specialists.
"The crucial factors affecting satisfaction with working conditions are the level of remuneration, the technical equipment of the workplace, access to computing power, the variety and ambition of tasks as well as a number of others," he explained.
