MOSCOW, October 27. /TASS/. Collaborative action of OPEC+ member-countries provided for predictability of the market situation and stable supply quantities in the oil market, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the summit of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum.

"Russia and our partners have the successful multilateral experience of rebalancing another key hydrocarbon market - oil, where joint action in the OPEC+ format provided for predictability of the market situation and stable supply volumes," Putin said.
