MOSCOW, March 11. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin is scheduled to receive his Belarusian counterpart, Alexander Lukashenko, for an official visit later this week, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced on Tuesday.
"[Putin’s] meeting with Lukashenko will take place later this week. We are getting ready for that," Peskov told reporters as he noted that the Belarusian leader is always welcome in Russia.
Following what Peskov expects to be "very meaningful" talks, the two presidents will hold a news conference, he shared.
