ST. PETERSBURG, February 19. /TASS/. The Western equipment was damaged at the pump station of the Caspian Oil Consortium and it cannot be restored quickly, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"Regrettably, it cannot be quickly restored, this facility. And it is impossible to restore it in view of the Western equipment largely present there. The Western equipment was actually affected," Putin said.
On February 17, the Kropotkin Pump Station of the consortium was attacked by seven fixed-wing type drones. The station was damaged seriously and went out of operation. Its repair may take 1.5-2 months and the pumping rate may decline by 30% during the repair.
