SEVASTOPOL, November 21. /TASS/. Russian servicemen in Sevastopol are repelling a Ukrainian attack, with initial reports indicating that a Neptun anti-ship missile has been intercepted, Mikhail Razvozhayev, the city’s governor, reported.
"In Sevastopol, [our] soldiers are repelling an attack by the Ukrainian armed forces. Air defenses are active. According to preliminary data, one Neptun anti-ship missile over waters quite far from the shore has already been shot down," the official wrote on his Telegram channel.
The governor added that all emergencies services currently work in the high alert mode. He reminded residents to follow safety instruction and stay in temporary shelters.
