Russia’s leadership program for special operation fighters draws 30,000 applicants — Putin

According to the head of state, those who will not get on the program this time "have every chance" to apply again

MOSCOW, March 12. /TASS/. More than 30,000 people have applied to enroll in a leadership program for fighters of the special military operation since it opened for applications in March, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

"It is clear that there should be - and there will be - a fairly strict selection, but this will not be a one-time event. We will hold it on a regular basis," he said.

So, those who will not get on the program this time "have every chance" to apply again, according to the president. The program is called the Time of Heroes.

"But if someone doesn’t have higher education, we will create conditions for these people to get this education, of course if they want it, if they have such ambitions," Putin said.
