The ammunition stock’s detonation at Ukrainian army positions caused heavy casualties, Igor Kimakovsky said

DONETSK, February 27. /TASS/. Russian troops destroyed the Ukrainian army’s NATO-supplied weapons arsenal near Avdeyevka in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), adviser to the DPR head Igor Kimakovsky told TASS on Tuesday.

"In the Avdeyevka direction, an ammunition stock was destroyed near the settlement of Orlovka several hours ago along with a whole arsenal of grenade launchers in packs typical of NATO armaments and with specific features," the adviser said.

"Ukrainian soldiers had been moving this armament in the past few days very carefully and, as they thought, imperceptibly. Considering all recording equipment data, this was a reserve arsenal, which our guys destroyed by an accurate hit," Kimakovsky said.
