MOSCOW, April 7. /TASS/. The relationship between New Delhi and Moscow is one of the most stable ones, based on mutual trust and respect, the first secretary of India’s embassy in Russia, Vivek Singh, said on Friday.
"The relationship between India and Russia is one of the most stable ones between states, based on a high level of mutual trust and respect," he said at a roundtable meeting devoted to the role of Russia and India in the processes of strengthening multipolarity at the Institute of Oriental Studies under the Russian Academy of Sciences.
"The exceptional resilience of our relations has withstood the test of time and been confirmed again in Russia’s just published revised Foreign Policy Concept, reflecting the commitment to the further strengthening of our privileged strategic partnership," Singh added.
He said India and Russia have always supported a "cooperative, inclusive and consultative approach to international relations."
