Kremlin rejects Biden’s allegation of Russia’s plans for cyberattacks

Earlier, US presiden said that Russia was "most likely" to carry out cyberattacks in response to the West’s sanctions

MOSCOW, March 22. /TASS/. Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has rejected US President Joe Biden’s allegation that Moscow plans to carry out cyberattacks in response to sanctions.

"Unlike many Western countries, including the United States, Russia is not engaged in state banditry," the Kremlin spokesman told reporters, when asked to comment on Biden’s remark.

Biden said on Monday that Russia was "most likely" to carry out cyberattacks in response to the West’s sanctions. Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier slammed allegations of Moscow’s cyberattacks on US companies as ridiculous.
