Explosion occurs in Belgorod with debris falling, no casualties reported

MOSCOW, April 3. /TASS/. An explosion with the subsequent falling of debris occurred in Tomarovka in the Belgorod Region which borders Ukraine. There are no casualties, head of the administration of the Yakovlevsky city district of the Belgorod Region Oleg Medvedev said.

"All is quiet in Tomarovka. There was a bang, debris fell. As it is supposed to be done, the street was blocked off, the emergency services were called. They looked at the debris - it was not dangerous, it was taken away," he said on his Telegram channel.

The official specified that the roadblock was already being lifted. "Soon the traffic will completely resume. There are no casualties or destruction," he assured.
