Thus, before the regulator's decision was published, the yuan exchange rate was at 11.584 rubles (+8.15 kopecks), according to trading data as of 13:25 Moscow time.
According to data as of 13:31 Moscow time, the yuan slightly slowed its growth and was at 11.58 rubles (+7.8 kopecks).
By 13:50 Moscow time, the yuan exchange rate on the Moscow Exchange slowed its growth and amounted to 11.564 rubles (+6.15 kopecks).
The Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia decided on Friday for the third time in a row to keep the key rate at 21% per annum, indicating that it may consider raising it if the disinflation dynamics do not ensure the achievement of the inflation target of 4%.
