MOSCOW, March 14. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin introduced a ban on registration of real properties in Donbass and Novorossiya for nationals of unfriendly countries without a special permit by January 1, 2028.
The decree of the head of state was posted on the web portal of legislative acts.
"Implementation of state registration of rights of nationals of unfriendly foreign countries to immovable property located in territories of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Lugansk People’s Republic, the Zaporozhye Region and the Kherson Region without a special permit for implementation is prohibited until January 1, 2028," the document indicates.
This decree expands and complements norms established in December 2024. The right to grant special authorization was passed to collective authorities to be established in regions.
