Russia, Hungary are advancing flagship projects — Lavrov

"We have experienced steady, long-term growth in trade turnover and investment cooperation in the economic sector, which benefits both our countries and peoples," the top Russian diplomat stated

MOSCOW, December 2. /TASS/. Russia and Hungary are advancing flagship projects, including in the energy sector, despite artificially created challenges, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said during a meeting in Moscow with his Hungarian counterpart, Peter Szijjarto.

The video recording was posted on the Hungarian Foreign Minister's Facebook page (banned in Russia, owned by Meta, which is recognized as extremist in Russia).

"We have experienced steady, long-term growth in trade turnover and investment cooperation in the economic sector, which benefits both our countries and peoples," Lavrov stated.

"The effectiveness of agreements and decisions made by our leaders is demonstrated by our ability to implement all the key projects of our cooperation, including in the energy sector, despite significant, artificially created difficulties in the global economy," the top Russian diplomat added.
