Lukoil Board recommends 9M 2023 dividends

The annual general meeting of shareholders to discuss this item will be held on December 5

MOSCOW, October 26. /TASS/. The Board of Directors of Lukoil recommends paying dividends for nine months of 2023 in the amount of 447 rubles ($4.76) per ordinary share, the Russian oil major said.

December 17, 2023 is proposed to be fixed as the date of determining persons eligible for dividends.

The annual general meeting of shareholders to discuss this item will be held on December 5 in the absentee format. Participants in the meeting will be determined as of November 10.

According to the Lukoil’s dividend policy, dividends on company shares net of shares held by Group entities constitute at least 100% of adjusted free cash flow.
