MOSCOW, September 4. / TASS /. The Russian economy will return to growth next year, said the Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, speaking at the Global Summit of Production and Industrialization GMIS-2020 on Friday.

"We expect the economic decline to be around 5% this year, and it will return to growth within the next year," Manturov said.
