PYONGYANG, November 29. /TASS/. North Korean Defense Minister No Kwang Chol emphasized that the combat friendship and cooperation between the armies of North Korea and Russia is a top priority and highlighted exchanges between military departments, including high-level delegation visits.

"Continuously strengthening and developing [combat friendship and cooperation] is the steadfast position of our army. Currently, the military departments of both countries are actively engaging in exchanges and cooperation, including high-level delegation visits. We highly value this," No Kwang Chol stated during a meeting with Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov in Pyongyang.
