VLADIMIR, April 5. /TASS/. Russia and Ukraine conducted an 86-for-86 exchange, Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova told reporters on Tuesday during a working trip to the Vladimir region.

"The last exchange was 86 for 86," she said, without specifying who was on the lists for the exchange.

Meanwhile, the exchange of four Rosatom employees who remain in Ukraine, according to Moskalkova, failed at the last minute. "The four Rosatom employees that I asked the Ukrainian side about have been found, they are alive. Their whereabouts are unknown, they were on the exchange list, but at the last moment they were excluded due to the mirroring. The Ukrainian side believes that Ukrainian civilians should be released in a mirror manner, their list was given to me and I am working on it now", the human rights commissioner said.

The Russian side is also working on the return of seamen and truckers who were on the Ukrainian territory, Moskalkova added.
