Air Serbia suspends planned flights to Kiev amid Ukraine’s unstable situation

BELGRADE, April 03, /ITAR-TASS/. Air Serbia carrier has suspended flights to Ukraine’s capital Kiev for an indefinite period of time due to an unstable situation in that country, Director General Dane Kondic said on Thursday.

“The security of our crews and passengers is top priority,” he said promising to refund airline tickets to the passengers who had already bought them and to help provide alternative flights to Ukraine.

Air Serbia intended to launch the Belgrade-Kiev route starting from May 29.
