India, Russia discuss defense industry within military cooperation commission

NEW DELHI, November 23. /TASS/. India and Russia have held a meeting of the working group on the defense industry within the framework of the Russian-Indian intergovernmental commission on military and military-technical cooperation in New Delhi, the Defense Ministry reported.

"The 22nd meeting of the India-Russia working group on military-technical cooperation and defense industry of the India-Russia intergovernmental commission on military and military-technical cooperation took place in New Delhi today," the ministry said on its page on X social media.

The meeting was co-chaired by India’s Secretary (Defense Production) Shri Sanjeev Kumar and Russia’s First Deputy Director of the Federal Service for Military Technical Cooperation Andrey Boytsov, the ministry added.
