NEW YORK, November 6. /TASS/. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump took the lead in the state of Minnesota, contrary to previous expectations, Associated Press reported.
With less than 1% of ballots counted, Trump has 58.4% of the vote, while his Democratic rival Kamala Harris has 39.5%.
Minnesota has 10 electoral votes. The last Republican candidate to win in this state was Richard Nixon in 1972.
