According to it, sirens are sounding in the Nikolayev and Kirovograd regions.

On Friday night, air raid warnings were issued in the Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkov regions and in the Nikolayev, Kirovograd and Cherkassy regions on Friday afternoon.
