Putin to award state decorations to outstanding Russians in Kremlin

More than 30 people were invited to the ceremony

MOSCOW, December 12. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold the ceremony of presenting state awards to outstanding Russians at the Catherine’s Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace, the Kremlin press service said.

More than 30 people were invited to the ceremony to be awarded with orders, medals and honorary titles. Among them are public and religious leaders, state officials, journalists, teachers and tutors, actors and composers, healthcare specialists, workers of industry and agriculture.

Putin regularly holds such events. Previously, he said the event brings together extraordinary and outstanding people, whose achievements have special significance for Russia.
