Russia committed to entire set of agreements with Armenia — deputy foreign minister

Mikhail Galuzin stressed Russia’s high esteem of relations with Armenia and its people

MOSCOW, November 29. /TASS/. Moscow remains committed to the entire set of agreements with Yerevan and by no means neglects its obligations to its allies, including those in the military-political sphere, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said at the second Russia-Armenia public forum.

"Moscow has been and remains committed to the entire set of agreements both at the bilateral level and within the framework of associations in the Eurasian space. We are not abandoning our commitments to our allies, including those in the military-political sphere. We have been working together for years to shape the security architecture in the South Caucasus," he said. "Russia's role in this regard has always been and will always be in great demand, especially given the dynamic situation in the region and around the world. We are ready for a frank and substantive dialogue with Yerevan."

Galuzin stressed Russia’s high esteem of relations with Armenia and its people.

"We invariably try to treat the Russian-Armenian relations of alliance with great care. The ties between our countries are based on centuries-old traditions of friendship, common history, cultures and a value system of coordinates, as well as on numerous material achievements and projects," he added.
